You will know immediately if the time slot you have chosen is available and you can proceed directly to his reservation. The times offered on the online calendar are the slots available in real time.

1. Option by email or telephone

The passed option gives priority right for 48 hours. However, this period may be interrupted by the firm request of another client wishing to reserve the same boat at the same time.
 

2. Firm booking online or via a secure payment link

Any reservation of a date is only validated upon receipt of payment in full or in half. This payment can be paid by credit card directly on our site or via a secure payment link sent by our team.

Once the payment has been received, an email will be sent to you to confirm your reservation and give you the meeting point and the contact details of the skipper who you can reach if necessary.

3. Basis of invoicing

If the number of passengers on the day of the cruise is higher than expected, the supplement will be paid on site, directly to the skipper, according to the rates in effect on our site. If the number of passengers is lower, the base price agreed in advance will be payable without reduction.
 

4. Cancellation

CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT BY CUSTOMERS
 

Cancellation fees are calculated as follows:
 

- In the event of total cancellation of the services or rentals, the Service Provider will collect from the Customer, as compensation, the deposits collected by Paris Private Boat at the time of the reservation, which will not be returned and will come in compensation for the cancellation by the Customer, except in cases where after.

CANCELLATION BY PARIS PRIVATE BOAT

 

- In case of bad weather conditions  (heavy rain, snow, thunderstorms…)  Paris Private Boat, in agreement with the client, may decide to shift the departure time or postpone to a later date. If it is impossible to postpone the cruise will be canceled and the amount paid will be refunded in full.  
 

In the event of cancellation of the cruise by Paris Private Boat, an alternative date will be offered to customers. If it does not correspond to the availability of customers, the company will refund the full price already paid.
 

Cruises are subject to the rules of navigation established by the competent authorities. Cruises may therefore be canceled or modified at any time, from the time of booking, including the day scheduled for departure, in application of the aforementioned rules, in the event of bad weather likely to jeopardize the safety of the persons transported or in the event of mechanical damage or non-payment.
 

5. To Know
 

All our departures are from the port of Arsenal at 67 boulevard de la Bastille in Paris, from the Louvre museum or from the restaurant Le Reef club in Boulogne Billancourt.

For any specific stopover request, please contact us.

To avoid any delay, it is imperative that passengers arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.

Any delay on the part of customers will be deducted from the time of the cruise.

Paris Private Boat is in no way responsible for any object that has fallen into the water.
